Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Silverline Meadow Manufacturing Group manufactures parts and assemblies at its Cleveland plant. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on production lines. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with production lines. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
