Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Summit Yarrow Health Group is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for clinic supplies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 105 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on clinic supplies. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with clinic supplies. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Rochester. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
