Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Bright Meadow Press is a printer and publisher in Anchorage serving local and national clients. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer orders. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with customer orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Anchorage. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
