Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Westbrook Linden Foods produces packaged foods at its Buffalo plant. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on cold storage. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with cold storage. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Buffalo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
