Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Fernwood Loom Property Management is a Anchorage property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 147 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on vendor invoices. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with vendor invoices. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Anchorage. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
