Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Clearpath Union Legal Group provides legal services in Tulsa across employment, housing and small-business law, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. People here care about clients, not just cases. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on trust accounts. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with trust accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
