Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Fernwood Forge Energy delivers power and gas plans across the Kansas City region. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service connections. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with service connections. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
