Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Ironwood Union Banking Services Partners is a community-focused bank in Boise serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on loan files. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with loan files. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
