Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Nova Glen Banking Services Partners is a regional lender in Madison with branches and a growing mobile service, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 84 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on deposit accounts. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with deposit accounts. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
