Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Redstone Cobalt Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Cincinnati. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on claims. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with claims. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Cincinnati. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
