Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Lumen Junction Insurance is an insurance company in Jacksonville with claims and service teams, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on claims. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with claims. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
