Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Nova Maple Early Learning Group runs childcare centres in Memphis caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on classroom supplies. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with classroom supplies. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
