Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Rivermark Umber Hospitality Partners is a hospitality company in Miami with restaurants, rooms and catering, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on group events. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with group events. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
