Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Harborlight Ridge Construction is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for safety records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 37 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on safety records. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with safety records. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
