Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Highbridge Vista Learning Group is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for attendance records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on attendance records. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with attendance records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
