Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Highbridge Vista Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Cincinnati. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on enrolment. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with enrolment. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Cincinnati. • We reply to every applicant.
