Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Rivermark Bridge Freight moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of El Paso, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. We reward reliability. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer tracking. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer tracking. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
