Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

We are growing our team at Lumen Birch Care Services Group and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on caregiver training. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with caregiver training. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
