Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Bright Sable Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Tucson. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on regulatory reports. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with regulatory reports. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
