Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Greenridge Harbor Freight Associates is a Oklahoma City logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 44 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on loads and lanes. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with loads and lanes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
