Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Redstone Cross Legal Group is a law firm in Jacksonville serving businesses and individuals. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of about 932 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on billing records. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with billing records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
