Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Cedar Quill Health provides primary and specialty care in Virginia Beach. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on patient scheduling. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with patient scheduling. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Virginia Beach. • We reply to every applicant.
