Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Fernwood River Markets Group serves neighbourhoods around Tucson with fresh food and everyday goods, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on pricing. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with pricing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
