Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Bluepeak Juniper Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Orlando. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on equipment calibration. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with equipment calibration. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
