Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Redstone Field Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Wichita region. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on permits. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with permits. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Wichita. • We reply to every applicant.
