Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Bright Birch Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Austin. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on field inspections. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with field inspections. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Austin. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
