Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Amberfield Umber Hospitality Group operates hotels and event venues around Orlando, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on supplier orders. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with supplier orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
