Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Nova Rook Community Partners is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for client intake, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client intake. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with client intake. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
