Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Summit Field Water Authority is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for water quality, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on water quality. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with water quality. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
