Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Foxglove Meadow Medical Group is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for clinical evaluations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on clinical evaluations. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with clinical evaluations. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
