Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Nova Sable Manufacturing Group manufactures parts and assemblies at its Atlanta plant, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on production lines. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with production lines. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Atlanta. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
