Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Cedar Willow Property Management is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for lease renewals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on lease renewals. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with lease renewals. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
