Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Lakeside Farms Group and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 17 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on cold storage. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with cold storage. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Indianapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
