Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Stonegate Corner Construction Associates builds commercial and industrial projects around Orlando, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 50 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on materials orders. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with materials orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
