Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Raleigh, NC)

Bright Haven Pharma develops and makes medicines in Raleigh, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on regulatory filings. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with regulatory filings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Raleigh. • We reply to every applicant.
