Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Raleigh, NC)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Rook Learning Group and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. Families are partners. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on attendance records. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with attendance records. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Raleigh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
