Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Raleigh, NC)

Lumen Hollow Legal Group is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for client files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client files. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with client files. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Raleigh. • We reply to every applicant.
