Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Providence, RI)

Nova Union Banking Services is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for card disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on card disputes. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with card disputes. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Providence. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
