Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Providence, RI)

Rivermark Bright Markets is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for shrink and waste, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on shrink and waste. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with shrink and waste. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Providence. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
