Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Providence, RI)

Highbridge Linden Banking Services Group is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for fraud alerts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Providence. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on fraud alerts. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with fraud alerts. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Providence. • We reply to every applicant.
