Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Providence, RI)

Redstone Ember Community Partners is a Providence charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. Flexibility and kindness are expected. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on grant reporting. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with grant reporting. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Providence. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
