Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Portland, OR)

Bluepeak Nest Press is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for press runs, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on press runs. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with press runs. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Portland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
