Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Pittsburgh, PA)

Ironwood Ember Construction is a Pittsburgh contractor with project managers, trades and support staff. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on materials orders. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with materials orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We reply to every applicant.
