Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Phoenix, AZ)

Northwind Yarrow Banking Services is a regional lender in Phoenix with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 197 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on card disputes. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with card disputes. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
