Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Phoenix, AZ)

Westbrook Stone Care Services supports families and individuals in Phoenix with personal care and coordination, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on visit scheduling. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with visit scheduling. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Phoenix, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
