Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Philadelphia, PA)

Harborlight Pine Staffing places workers with employers around Philadelphia. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on temp assignments. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with temp assignments. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
