Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Philadelphia, PA)

Redstone Pike Auto Group Associates operates automotive service and parts businesses around Philadelphia. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service appointments. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with service appointments. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
