Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Philadelphia, PA)

Highbridge Cross Energy is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for service connections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service connections. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with service connections. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
