Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Philadelphia, PA)

Summit Timber Property Management looks after rental homes across the Philadelphia area. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on vendor invoices. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with vendor invoices. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Philadelphia, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
