Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Philadelphia, PA)

Northwind Glen Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Philadelphia, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on visit scheduling. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with visit scheduling. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
